Below is a link to Magnolia Management's self-service portal for owners. The easy-to-use Owner Access Portal allows owners to go online to view their current account balances, review past payment history, anytime from anywhere.
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Manchac Commons Homeowners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using CIT Bank's payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: MHC (Manchac Commons)
Property ID: Your lot number
Per Article 4 of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Manchac Commons (Manchac Place 6th through 9th Filings) Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Manchac Commons Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.

Fill out the following service request if you are in need of repairs or maintenance around your condo. Please provide your address, contact information, and a description of the item in need of maintenance. You may attach any images or files necessary to accompany your request.
Since our management company, Magnolia Management Services, is a property management company with employees often out of the office on site visits, we recommend all homeowners schedule an appointment before visiting Magnolia Management Service's office.
